NACIS is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members and non-members who participate in the NACIS community. All participants are expected to follow the NACIS Code of Conduct, and are subject to the anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policy.

Anyone, regardless of NACIS membership status, who participates in a NACIS-sponsored event or space can submit a misconduct report. While misconduct can be reported verbally, a written report must be submitted so that the NACIS Ethics Committee can investigate. If you witness or are subjected to harassment, discrimination, or another form of misconduct, use this form to report the behavior so that NACIS can take immediate action.

The NACIS Ethics Committee will handle all reports and subsequent investigations confidentially and will protect the identities of all involved parties except in circumstances required by law. Misconduct reports will be accessible only to the Ethics Committee.
