NACIS may offer a live video stream and/or a recording of your presentation. Please indicate whether you consent to the following terms: I give my permission for the North American Cartographic Information Society (“NACIS”) and its agents to record my presentation, as listed below, by video and audio. I also grant NACIS permission to use, edit, encode, digitize, transmit and display the video or audio or other presentation materials of my participation as well as to use my name, voice, photograph, likeness, biographical information and ancillary material in connection with such video or audio. I certify that I have the ownership rights to my presentation and thereby provide NACIS with copyright permission to post the materials and/or recording to NACIS-owned websites and to NACIS accounts on third-party websites (including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn). I retain all ownership rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property of my content uploaded to these sites. I have no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of or in connection with, any use, alteration, or use in any composite form.
